Having always been a big Reese's fan, especially of those chocolate peanut butter eggs at Easter, this is my all-time favorite post-workout protein shake. I'd rather have one of these than ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 Heaping Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1.5 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 Packet Sweetener (I like Stevia)
- 10 Ice Cubes
Directions
- Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and continue blending until thick and creamy.
