Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Quick Oats (uncooked)
- 1/4 Cup Lowfat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon RAW Honey (or Oraganic Honey)
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 6 Ounces Frozen Stawberries (unsweetened)
Directions
- Place all ingredients except strawberries into blender and blend completely.
- Add the frozen strawberries and blend until thick and creamy.
- Garnish with whipped light cream and a slice of strawberry.
