Lotsa Colada Protein Shake

Difficulty:  Super EASY
Serves 2


  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1-1/2 Cups Fresh (or canned) Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 t. Coconut Extract
  • 10 drops Liquid Stevia Extract (or 2 tsp. granulated sugar, if you prefer)
  • Ice Cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes into blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add 8-10 ice cubes and blend until thick.
  3. Pour into two glasses and serve garnished with pineapple.
