Ingredients
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1-1/2 Cups Fresh (or canned) Pineapple Chunks
- 1 t. Coconut Extract
- 10 drops Liquid Stevia Extract (or 2 tsp. granulated sugar, if you prefer)
- Ice Cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except ice cubes into blender and blend until smooth.
- Add 8-10 ice cubes and blend until thick.
- Pour into two glasses and serve garnished with pineapple.
